That’s why in June we implemented a guaranteed next day delivery promise for orders received before 3pm. With our unparalleled range of quality agricultural components and our knowledgeable, dedicated team, we go the extra mile for our customers, every time. Our couriers are efficient, reliable and are continuously meeting our expectations to ensure an efficient delivery service to our customers. Our operations team review data weekly to ensure there are no issues in the delivery supply chain. If issues arise, we carry out an immediate complete Root Cause Analysis to repair any ga Since we introduced guaranteed next day delivery in June 2021, we have shipped over 350,000 items to customers. These customers are mainly: Agricultural CO-OP’s, Farm Machinery dealers, Machinery Manufacturers, Agricultural Merchants, Hardware Stores, Motor Factors, Wholesale Traders and Plant Hire Shops. We are currently shipping over 20,000 lines per month to customers. As a result of this continued success, we are now looking to implement a SmartFreight Shipping System in our warehouse. This is already underway and customers will soon have the ability to live track their order status. Other initiatives that are in the pipeline include displaying a countdown timer on our website to notify customers of the cut-off point for guaranteed next day delivery.
